Must have gaming industry experience
EST hours
Must Haves:
2–4 years experience as a Data Analyst or Social Media Analyst within gaming
Audience Development experience
Experience with analytics and sentiment/listening tools and ability to help program these tools (IE Radarly, Sprinklr, Emplifi, Meltwater, Sprout)
Query and Analytical Skills
Experience with Sentiment Reporting and share of conversation reporting
Day to Day:
A large software and gaming company is looking for a Data Analyst/Social Media Analyst to join a growing team and help evolve the data and insights approach across social.
This person will be responsible for tagging and will need to update tagging models so that the team is able to more easily pull performance data for the following purposes: comparative analytics, competitive analysis, YoY/WoW comparisons.
They will also:
Audit updated tags and taxonomy
Back-tag all social content posted over the last two years
Tag all new content going out from accounts
Monitor Queries/Sentiment: Maintain accurate sentiment analysis by reviewing, updating, and maintaining all game-related queries housed within Radarly
Conduct weekly monitoring and maintenance of query database to track current keywords, conversation shifts, and changes
Assist with new reporting setup, including:
Sentiment Reporting
Share of Conversation Reporting
Weekly/Monthly reporting
