About the Role:

Lux Esports is currently seeking a contract-based Valorant Esports Coach to lead its Radiant-level competitive roster. This is a fully remote opportunity based in New York, NY.

You will be responsible for training and guiding a high-ELO team through scrims, tournaments, and competitive events. Applicants should have in-depth game knowledge, strong leadership skills, and experience with high-tier play or coaching.
