Director, Sales & Partnerships, NA – Team Liquid (Full-Time, Remote)

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year + performance-based bonuses

Team Liquid is hiring a full-time Director of Sales & Partnerships to lead and grow its North American business development efforts. This is a senior-level role with direct impact on Team Liquid’s success in esports, brand relationships, and strategic growth.

You’ll guide a sales team, secure high-value deals, and manage key partnerships across gaming, tech, and entertainment industries. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in sales or partnerships, with a proven track record of revenue generation, people leadership, and deal execution. Experience in esports or entertainment is strongly preferred.

This position can be based in Los Angeles or remote within the US, with travel required up to 20%.
